Maybe it's overproduced, but I wouldn't say they try too hard. It's obvious that some bits are well thought out, and that some were just thrown out there and created because they had the backing to go with it. I'm hoping you guys have seen at least the complete first season, to be talking about it as if you know something =)

Now I am hearing Sound City Players may not be ready in time for Coachella. They're looking into Passion Pit, but are a bit weary of their lead singer having a nervous breakdown and hanging himself on stage to close weekend two.
