Festival Outlook is saying that Neil Young is "logical" because of that page - am I missing anything? Because those dates do nothing to inspire faith in a Neil Young appearance.

but the travel expenses are going to be a bitch too. The thing is, I'd rather use my days off work for SXSW if the Coachella line up isn't great, but if the line up drops mid-February, then my employer ain't about to let me take a week off with less than a months notice.
