Fuck it: NIN/HTDA/Trent Reznor>IceyHot's sex life
January thru April 29th - The worst time of the year here.
Who are the Delgados by the way? I wonder if I'm missing out!
Do you guys think we'll see any incarnations of Omar Rodriguez-Lopez this year? He has been to a few Coachellas (2012-At the Drive-In, 2011-ORL Group, and another as the Mars Volta) and he has been touring with Bosnian Rainbows (they just put out an album). Personally I hope he discards his Bosnian Rainbows band (which is pretty bland in my opinion) and tours as El Grupo Nuevo de ORL again with Zach Hill and Cedric. Zach will probably already be there with DG and Cedric is never far from Omar. I'm gonna cross my fingers.
Why would anyone want Omar back after his mailed-in performance with ATDI this year? Plus, didn't he also play in 2011? Next..
Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Underworld, Tame Impala, Silversun Pickups,Morrisey, & Blur
All at vive latino.
No Daft Punk.
Cause I still like his stuffHe just needs to stop doing gay shit with his GF's and get back to his more progressive music (circa El Grupo Nuevo)
But I understand where you are coming from, the ATDi performance was a bit dry (especially when compared to Refused)
Oh Shit!
Perhaps Blur will do an actual North American tour?
Even if they do come up here, they'll only play a couple shows (LA, NY, Chicago, Toronto and etc). And remember this....
http://www.pollstar.com/news_article.aspx?ID=802977“Blur is planning a relatively extensive world tour next year, including Europe, Japan, South America and Australia,” explained Ian Huffam of X-Ray Touring, who has already nailed shows at the Primavera Sound festivals in Barcelona, Spain, May 24, and in Oporto, Portugal, May 31.
Gonna be very sad if we don't get Blur and Underworld now
I have no problem flying to Chicago or New York to see Blur

Looks like no Starfucker. I'm sad that these guys get absolutely no festival love. I'm assuming it's not intentional on their part because they were all excited to play their first festival ever last year at Outside Lands.
Mar 02 The Fonda Theatre Hollywood, CA
Getting excited about a potential Blur tour.
upcoming
Bjork doing Biophilia, 6/2 Hollywood Palladium, Los Angeles, CA
Outside Lands, 8/9-11 Golden Gate Park, San Francisco, CA
--almost, almost, almost the real thing
I mean we have to realize he is no longer the feisty little Puerto-Rican he was in his ATDI days, he doesn't go crazy any more. As far as his music performances go, he is still a very good musician, and a figurehead for progressive music. In terms of sound Cedric was the only one that sucked at the ATDI performances, the rest of the band was spot on. I would not mind seeing ORL as long as it isnt with Teri Gender Bender.
