Interesting how The Flaming Lips just headlined three years ago and are a second liner this time around. So that's a worldwide phenomenon, then.

Lilia--we're going to get a Yurt or whatever. Do I need to buy a regular ticket + boutique accomodations? Or do I need to buy a "vip ticket" plus boutique accomodations? I asked their message board and no one responded. Britchris thinks it's just a regular but I want to be sure before I buy.

You guys are going to have a blast! I went there in 2008. It was one of the BEST and WORST festival experiences I've ever had. One word : WELLIES! Make sure you pack them. I shit you not, we had to go traverse through knee deep mud rivers that year just to get from stage to stage. When setting up camp, make sure you're a little bit above elevation, again just in case it rains, as it tends do there in September and your tent doesn't get overtaken by mud coming down the hill. We saw a ton of tents abandoned b/c of the mud and rain. Also bring your own TP, you'll thank me later.
