Hollywood Forever ties the buyer to the tickets ever since the Sigur Ros fiasco. Only way to sell them is to keep one and walk in with the buyer.

From what I've heard about the Sigur Ros show, the policy is fairly loose. Sure, there is a certain amount of risk to these tickets, but because they are well below face I think it's a fair trade-off. I'll take offers as well starting tomorrow - I just want to get these tickets to someone.
