Perhaps as the Dukes of Stratosphear.....Sir JOHN JOHNS might be able to muster up courage to appear.

I think since Coachella is such a big hit and we have Stagecoach; we need another festival that just focuses on the Oldchella bands! That would be the best festival ever and I wouldn't have to hear levels at all during that weekend. It could be a one off like the Big 4. I'd accept that too!

Those are all good songs. But, you know, they just don't matter. Not like a dinosaur rock band who has lost most of their original members and hasn't cut a good record in 30 years, a fringe AOR band who is an acquired taste at best, and a band whose primary members have barely spoken with each other since 1982.

    BANDS THAT MATTER!
Steve Winwood| Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds| Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds| Echo and the Bunnymen| Echo and the Bunnymen| Paul McCartney| Foxygen| FYF Fest| NIN/Soundgarden|
    Elvis Costello| Swans| Buzzcocks| King Crimson| Elton John| Kasabian| Massive Attack| Massive Attack| Slowdive| Fleetwood Mac| A Winged Victory for the Sullen

Sorry, i thought this was the Oldchella thread. Those bands will always remain relevant due to their influence on modern day music....

    Bands that matter?

As close to a Led Zep reunion as possible. Robert Plant? Jimmy Page? JP Jones?

Any one or combination of the above, thank you very much.

I know some of you boardies are skeptical of Fleetwood Mac being the right "fit" for the festival, but if the timing of the tour is right.....

    No to The Church.

Saw them back in the late 80's and their live show was boring as shit back then "in thier prime."

I'd love to see any of these. It's a shame that tour over in England got switched around, the triple bill with Killing Joke, The Mission, and The Cult. That would've been one hell of a night.

I saw them last year on their "Past-Present-Future Tour", where they did 3 albums back to back: Untitled 23, Priest=Aura, and Starfish. One album from each decade. And the show was fantastic.
