I unfortunately agree with this. Fleetwood Mac is and will always be one of my favorite bands, but they're such a casino act now. Their voices and stage presence are hardly worth a $60 ticket anymore. I would miss at least %90 of their set if they played, guaranteed. Don't see it happening. I'd rather remember them for the records they put out.

I saw them 3 years ago as well. I dunno, it was pretty good but I wouldn't say phenomenal. Not Coachella phenomenal at least. Maybe I'm being too critical. 2012 WAS my first year. I guess I just couldn't think of an act they would replace effectively.

I don't think they are the greatest fit for Coachella, I just disagreed that they are bad live. I think they all sounded fantastic.

They would be the first to do the US Festival-Coachella headlining double.

I'm a big fan and last saw them a few years ago. There was no Christine and Lindsey sounded good (though when he changed up "never going back again" the wife was heard to complain - "that song was just fine as it was.") Stevie, however, has clearly lost a lot off of her fastball. She clearly can't hit the high notes in "Rhiannon" and sings a quasi-harmony part for "Dreams" that is barely recognizable. That said, it would take a pretty big conflict to miss this out under the stars on the polo fields, but I don't think it's happening. I suspect they can make more dough with less hassle at the Hollywood Bowl or Staples.

I think that's old news, they were supposed to tour in 2012 but plans were axed due to her album/touring commitments (as well as Lindsey who has been on a very lengthy intimate solo tour himself). Now they're saying 2013.

My step mom went last month in Kentucky and LOVED it. I am thinking about getting tickets here for July. I have not decided yet, like you said, they are not cheap...
