Rise & Shine is a community gathering timed during the autumn harvest time, inspiring attendees to connect, practice healthy ways of living, and reflect on the bounty of the year.

Carrying the love and inspiration created at the Lightning in a Bottle festival into a deeper place, The Do LaB's intention for Rise & Shine is to provide a platform for the community to settle into its roles as creators, lovers, and stewards of the land. With a focus on education and yoga (along with the great music and art expected from a Do LaB event) the gathering brings people together to move into the great changes of our time with awareness, active participation, and compassion for the life we all share.

Rise & Shine fulfills a desire in the community to have a space where we can not only have fun, but learn from each other, grow, and better understand our place on the earth at this important time in history. Led by renowned teachers and leaders, participants practice yoga, meditate, and learn healthy ways of living and being. The event provides a smaller, more intimate setting where the bonds and lasting impressions created at Lightning in a Bottle and other intentional festivals can be further explored and put into positive action.

At its core, Rise and Shine is a call to action for all those who believe in the restorative power of the spirit within us all, and our ability to channel that power into actions that create a world where all may thrive for many generations to come.
