    I'm revisiting Boris' Feedbacker right now, and seeing this thread bumped, I really think it belongs in here. The first 10 minutes is pretty droney, but then it kicks into a full on pyschadelic freakout.

    It's my favorite Boris release too, but it does require one to listen to the entire 44 minutes to really get into it. The 35 minutes live version with Merzbow is insanely good too.

    EDIT: my iTunes tells me there's a 26-minute live version on Heavy Metal Me as well. i haven't listened to that recording yet, that I'm aware of (I grabbed like 4gb worth of Boris from my brother's hard drive several years ago but haven't listened to everything yet).

    Fuck yes. That first Grape album is sooooo fucking good. I scored an original mono copy a few years back and it kills. Wow is pretty overproduced, but still awesome in its own right. Skip Spence was certainly some kind of madman. And yes, Oar requires about a dozen listens to really get into whatever the fuck was going on in his head.
