had a friend when i was a kid whose dad was a reconstructive plastic surgeon. this kid had volumes of his dads medical books on his shelves loaded with pictures of trauma patients. after seeing what a face looks like when all the bones basically turn to dust was enough for me to never really be interested in looking at stuff like that again.
