Anyone ever stayed here? What was it like? It looks like just a stroll to the festival.

Yes. Stayed there the last couple years and will continue to do that for next year and beyond. I'd recommend it!
It's not really a stroll but a twelve-minute bike ride to the venue entrance (best way to go - bring bikes!). Walking to the gates takes 40 minutes. They also have shuttles, which work reliably.
The resort itself is nice - there's a pool, the sites have trees providing shade and a patch of grass to them and are fairly big. Showers and restrooms are clean. Price was $65 per night. Nights were fairly quiet - if you're after nonstop loud partying you'll be disappointed...
Big plus for dog owners: There's a dog boarding place right across the street from there.
