    Default Change Shipping address

    I did not realize we must sign for the tickets, Can i change my shipping address? and can I do it online?

    Please note that you really do need to call. I tried to change my address using frontgate's website, which claimed to work, but apparently only updated my BILLING address, so my tickets got sent to the wrong address. I ended up having to pay $20 for a UPS intercept.

    Email works fine. I've emailed the past 2 years to change the shipping address, and not the billing address. The only other info I needed to give them was my order # and last 4-digits of my credit card.

    Thank you. I have mine sent to my office, so that someone is there to sign for it, but I think we'll be moving to a new building in early 2013.
