Frontgate Ticket Login Problems

Is anyone else having trouble accessing their Frontgate account? It keeps saying my password is incorrect, so I have hitten "forgot password" but have not recieved an email. I also tried to create a new account but have not recieved a confirmation email for that either.

heres a hint, your password had to have a Upper Case Letter In It and a # in it...

mine has number, a lower case alpha, and upper case alpha

I had a problem logging in to my Frontgate account with Firefox, but using Chrome worked. I did get the password reset email. I was able to log in using Firefox with Safe Mode today, and now, after starting Firefox again w/o Safe Mode, it decides to work... To be safe I'll be using Safe Mode; I don't want to have to figure out which hidden scripts to allow while I'm checking out!

Mine worked fine but had no order from my last pre sale saved. But it had all of my shipping info and what not so it's all good.

I wish just now trying to log in, and it seems like they replaced the normal log in screen with a page basically saying to come back at 10am. So... guess we can't log in early.

I couldn"t log in so I requested thetemp password 3 times-never got the e-mail. I called frongate 3 times and the third time the guy told me there are some email servers(mine was pacbell) that they can't get through a firewall> luckily I had another email acct. that worked! Try setting up a gmail acct just for Frontgate>

Yea, front gate is retarded in the fact that I've always had to create a new account for every different onsale they have. Like my account for one concert doesnt work for another concert. So stupid...

When I follow the links, I get the splash page for each weekend. Nothing about creating an account. If you click on the FrontGate Ticketing logo in the footer, you go to the main FrontGate ticketing page, which does not make any mention of Coachella. Today, they said they "found my account" but it's not "linked" (whatever that means)... so I "linked" it. (To what?)

Those links were for advance notice - it seems to be impossible to make an account at the moment, or even log in. You'll have to do it when the page goes live and it will probably be a very aggravating process as the site will be slower than molasses.
