Signature for delivery?

Hi everyone,

This might be a really stupid question...but I live in Canada and I plan on having my passes (assuming I get them!) shipped to my home address here. But I will be traveling to Australia until early April 2013 and won't be in Canada to sign for my passes when it gets delivered in March 2013. Does anyone know if anyone can sign for it or does it have to be me?

I am not even sure who signed for my package last year. It was left on my doorstep and UPS's website says it was signed for. I guess maybe my neighbor signed for it?
