What a ridiculous thing to force people to decide. There is no single hot sauce for all occasions. Having tacos or eggs? Great, have Cholula. Having a bloody mary or stir fry? Sriracha. Want something to match your computer/hot sauce tie? Tabasco. Picture of your food won't load properly? Whatever the third one is. This isn't a one-hot-sauce reality we're living in. Do you only drink one kind of beverage? Do you only eat salad with ranch? You know who only likes one kind of thing? Children. Children only like one kind of thing.

This poll was very well done. Dicking around with other sauces will just water down the message that cock sauce is the most overrated hipster spread on the planet. My only problem with Cholula is that it goes too fast…but that’s what Costco is for.

But more to the point, I'm pretty sure it's a lot hipster-ier to worry about who else likes what else when declaring the things you enjoy than it is to like something a lot of people like because it's worthy of that affection.

Indeed, I regularly buy the double-pack of the giant bottles from Costco.

Also, I'd like to add that Cholula has a chipotle version of their sauce is also marvelous, but unfortunately does not come Costco-sized.
