Assuming they have 2 weekends again, I'd have to guess it will be Apr 12-14 and Apr 19-21 (1 day earlier than last year due to the calendar)

I highly doubt that...why would they create more work for themselves? They would have to book more bands and have another day of clean up...etc. They can raise the ticket cost without adding another day...

I think you can buy it later, but if you do obviously you run the risk of the camping spots selling out and being out of luck getting any alternative accomodation.
