First Aid Kit is playing LA on 10/16, so that seems like a shoe-in for the 14th.
The Black Keys are in SoCal the week before, as well, with a large gap in their tour dates.
M83 is starting to book shows in October.

I figured M83 as a natural headliner for the Saturday. Can TI afford the Black Keys?

I was really surprised to not see Metric on the OSL lineup given the fact that they seem to be playing every festival they can this year. I can definitely see them being at TI, though I think I would rather see them get added to OSL than at TI though.
