oops, my bad, wrong thread
let me redeem myself with just the postal service & patti smith & band!
Operation Ivy!! You know Tim has to be considering it
THE CARDIGANS! They've been rehearsing & have tour dates this summer. Make it happen!!
TEARS FOR FEARS.
THE AVALANCHES
The Stone Roses
and for those that somehow think The Stone Roses would be billed as low as Suede need to think again. Stone Roses would have the My Bloody Valentine/Pavement spot. They would be headlining Glastonbury 2012 if there were such a thing. They are headlining festivals across the world all summer long. Who here on this message board has seen them live? They are a second line band and no lower at all.
me too. i actually just got tickets to see them at the OC Fair. Check around, maybe they're coming thru your area!
RIP MCA
So, The Cardigans AND Luscious Jackson are getting back together this year. HA! I'd actually enjoy seeing both of them on the lineup next year.

I guess this counts as a reunion:
How about a Billy Bragg & Wilco collaborative performance of Mermaid Avenue songs? The box set re-issue of those albums just got released, Bragg has never played Coachella and it's been forever since Wilco has. I got the feeling Bragg and Tweedy hated each other, but that was 15 years ago so maybe enough time has passed. Doubt it ever happens, but that set alone would make my weekend. Those songs derserve to be played live again someday (I've seen Wilco a few times and never heard them play a Mermaid Avenue song. Not sure if Billy Bragg ever does).
Ace of basssssssss!!!!!!!!!
Ace of Base is still around and making music but are without two of the original sisters/vocalists. So yeah, I'd be requesting the original Ace of Base to play The Sign and Cruel Summer. It just wouldn't seem right any other way.
Can Refused just reunite again for Coachella next year?
