Fleet Foxes definitely won't be there. They (sadly) might be done as a band and I doubt Peckinold will have any new projects going by then.

And seriously, if people are really looking forward to Jack White and/or Beck, why not just come up to Sasquatch for Memorial Day weekend, where both are headlining?

Just speculation. Tillman is already out and others are focusing more on side projects. It seemed like there was a lot of tension/division within the band during the recording of Helplessness Blues.

I hope I'm wrong. Maybe they stick together and keep it going or it just becomes a rotating group of musicians. Maybe it becomes something else altogether.

At any rate, it took them 3 years to put together HB and as they're done with that tour, I don't see them showing for Coachella next year.
