Review on VIP experiences please?

I am considering purchasing VIP passes for my fiance & I next year… but, first, I was wondering if any of you out there who have experienced VIP (preferably in the recent years; 2010, 11, or 12) - and could share their experiences & pros and cons. That would be an awesome help! I'm trying to figure out if it will be worth the extra $300 being spent per ticket. Thanks, guys!

VIP/ I been to looots of festivals all over the world, first time in coachella, I got a VIP pass and this is my review.

-Shade, witch is a good thing with the kind of weather that was going on.
-Places to sit down, more relax places to sit down, and cleaner.
-Toilets, a lot more cleaner and hygiene than GA
- less crowded, u can walk around everywhere with out bumping into people.
-Easier to get drinks or food
-The people, HALF OF THE PEOPLE ARE SHIT!! and the OTHER HALF ARE EASY GOING!, so this is an issue, but is something u have to put up with, like me..
- as far as line to go into the festival, there is no difference, everybody comes in and out easy.
-NO LOCKERS IN VIP
-NO DRINKING FOUNTAIN TO REFILL YOUR WATER,( they all show their money)
- the Rose garden dosen't offer much, mostly of the time was empty.
-Views. it sucks! you can't get view of anything!!! well only the crowd, but there is no view!!!!
-Front stage was always full, and didn't let you in even if you had vip wrist band, and GA where always snicking in.

It's a good IDEA, but either you do VIP for everybody in the festival or you do VIP the way it supposed to be with all the services req.

VIP for everybody in the festival kind of defeats the purpose of VIP, don't you think?

And GV is never going to let VIP get into the guest areas, those are for actual important people. VIP is just a way for rich people to give GV extra money and get nothing in return.
