one person will tap your shoulder, then when you turn to look, the guy on the other side will blow on your back. When you turn to look back at who did it, the guy will step away. It's basically mind games. It's equivalent to when you tap someone on the shoulder, and duck and the guy doesn't see you. Except there are teams of people that do it and coordinate efforts to trick you it's like sometimes 6 or 7 people or more. I don't think i'm going to get any responses honestly, because I dont think these people exactly want to be identified.

This is funny because at one point some guy was blowing on the back of my neck. I forget which act I was watching. But it was obviously deliberate and designed to provoke a response, or at least annoy. I ignored it and he stopped after about five minutes.

Do people really look "shocked" when they turn around after they feel someone tap on their shoulder, only to find out either a) no one is there, or b) it was an accident? I can't imagine peoples faces would be funny enough that these organized teams of people would go out of their way to get picture of them.
