As a huge fan of a lot of his production I hate to inform you all that his set at the palladium was not really that good. It had it's moments but there was TONS of cheesy shit in there. IF he gets booked as cirez D(his dark techno moniker) then it might be better. His mixing was decent and track selection was fairly uninspiring.
Saw him perform with this stage and thought it was pretty damn cool:
It would be great to see a Cirez D set, but as far as I know, I don't think he ever gets billed under that moniker.
This is just me thinking out loud, but does anyone else thing Prydz's novelty is going to wear off fast once he moves to the States? Especially if he starts up a residency in Vegas or something, I just think much of the reason why people in the US are so obsessed with seeing him is because he rarely shows up on lineups due to his fear of flying. He's a fantastic producer and a really great DJ, but I still think a lot of his draw is due to his somewhat rare appearances, and once he moves to the US, that factor is gone.
Is he actually moving to the states? Has he said this?
And I don't think it will significantly matter once the novelty is gone, he's still one of the best DJs in the business. His mountain view identity set was better than the palladium set although I definitely enjoyed both.
That's what I've been hearing: http://sempersonic.com/2012/is-eric-...ving-to-the-us
And I was at the Mountain View set too, it was pretty incredible. Hated being around a bunch of 16 year olds though.
Saw him in Ibiza this year and he was brilliant.
Bump because Prydz is awesome. Please book Prydz. Thanks GV!
I'd do suprefan.

He has said over and over again he isn't playing it anymore. He got tired of it, so he stopped playing it in '04. Not even one of his top 10 tracks so it's not like we are missing out on anything.
No, but the Prodigy will...
I don't know, i wasn't at the Palladium show, but his set from Stockholm in June is excellent.
lolz..i wasn't 'Whaaaaaa?'ing the fact that he doesn't play a track anymore. I was 'Whaaaaaa?'ing that you said it isn't 2004 anymore.
