for me, it wasn't an issue with the sound. that goes to jeff mangum and gy!be (i was not up against the rail/near the soundboard for either performance). weeknd just didn't sound good. his singing was sub-par (pitch/tone) and i vividly remember the zone sounding like utter shit (band wasn't that great). i had to stick around for the knowing because i love that song, but i'll have to watch weekend 2 clips to justify whether or not i still like him.
oh, well... I wouldn't say the sound was perfect if his voice was off or his band sounded like shit. I thought everything worked superb.
I don't know if this has been said already, but the best set ever was Water at the Do Lab...
1) Radiohead

I agree. He sounded really bad, but he's still maturing as an artist, so I have to give him a mulligan here. It seemed like the Outdoor stage had the worst sound problems all weekend. Couldn't hear St Vincent guesting with Andrew Bird at all, Neon Indian sounded off, Weeknd, etc...

Weekend 2
I thought The Weeknd was great first weekend despite the less-than-stellar sound, timidness from the band and him, and multiple pitch problems with his singing. He really killed it second weekend though. Much better pitch-wise, the band was on point, and they just seemed so much more relaxed up there. Crowd was into it, Abel was vibing them, sunset. Great set.

Do you hear me Denver? Or shall I turn it up for you?
Of the full-sets I saw:
1. araabMUZIK [Expected to enjoy it as I really like his stuff, but I was totally blown away]
2. Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg [Such a great hit parade. Highlights for me were "The Recipe" with Kendrick Lamar, and the moment where Snoop said something like "This feel good Doc. This feel real good" with genuinely touching sincerity]
3. Radiohead
4. The Buzzcocks [Big surprise. Only knew a handful of songs, but the band was just fantastic.]
5. Pulp
Partial sets:
1. Godspeed You! Black Emperor
2. Swedish House Mafia
3. The Rapture
4. Explosions in the Sky

4. Black Angels
5. tune-yards
HM: Childish Gambino, Pulp, Mazzy Star, fireHose, Buzzcocks
ASAP Rocky

Pretty much in order. Weeknd on week 2 was very pitchy and didn't sound good from where I was. I watched his stream week one and it sounded similar. Couldn't stand it even though me and my group were excited to see him from the beginning we decided to leave a little over halfway through his set.
Gambino
Le Butcherettes
the Black Keys
Pulp
Girl Talk
1. Radiohead
2. Flying Lotus
3. Explosions In The Sky
4. Amon Tobin
5. Gaslamp Killer
1) Radiohead

My top five candidates for third favorite set:
1) Gary Clark Jr.
2) Refused
3) Buzzcocks
4) Bon Iver
5a) tUnE-yArDs
5b) Jeff Mangum (I think him stepping off the stage to help someone who had fainted even enhanced the performance)
5c) The Rapture
I'm sorry I had trouble sticking to the prompt, but I couldn't hold myself to five and it was still hard not to mention Dre or Justice, which were a blast, or Wild Flag, who rocked, or Kendrick Lamar or Azaelia Bank who both tore up the mic, or WU LYF or Company Flow who were both awesome for the short bits that I saw, or Beats Antique or Modselektor who both put on crazy awesome shows I had no idea about going into, or Real Estate who's beautiful music fit the scene perfectly, or even M83 who sounded awesome but I was unable to watch because I had to go lay down outside the tent to prevent myself from passing out from the intense amount of dancing I'd been doing as soon as the shows started Friday (luckily I was able to rally for Refused), or Girls, Wolf Gang, Yuck, the Shins, etc. The point of that ridiculous run-on being that it was an awesome weekend and my first Coachella definitely has me hooked.

"Inhale the good shit, exhale the bull$hit"...
1. Flying Lotus: Great set and motherfucking Earl Sweatshirt jumped out on the last song.
2. M83: Not getting some of the hate. Awesome set.
3. The Rapture: fanfuckingtastic, all around.
4. SBTRKT: This was probably drug induced, but I loved every second of it.
5. Radiohead: Great message and I loved the song selection.
HM: Dre/Snoop, Childish Gambino, The Weeknd, Beats Antique, Frank Ocean, Flux/DocP, Manchester
I had so much fun and met so many great people. I think I'm a weekend 2 person for life if they continue the trend. I hope you all had an equally amazing time!
Where were ya? I was up towards the front and they sounded better than at the Echoplex earlier this year. Plus they were in the perfect environment for their music. I just wish they would realize that they have a few songs that are really, truly incredible, and close with Out of Tune -> It's Real -> Beach Comber. That would be an incredible way to end a set.
Funny I happened to be walking by to go to another set that conflicted with SBTRKT's performance. I stopped when I heard the intro to Wildfire, paused and then started dancing like a lunatic.
I was the Asian girl with the Yankees fitted on dancing alone in the back.
