I missed out on seeing tom lose his composure...

I was super neurotic about making sure I knew where everything was at all times. Especially after I smoked, it got to the point that I would check the place I hid my key 4 times before leaving the campsite just to make sure it was where I thought it was suppose to be. But even with all of the checking and double checking of everything I managed to misplace my bottle of valium that was helping me sleep in the campgrounds on Sunday night. I searched and searched (I might have been drunk +) and couldn't find it, until I unpacked the next day, there it was, right in my suitcase in it's special spot. Don't look for drugs when you might be on drugs.

Only to find them later in my car.
I kept finding half empty cans of beer in various cupholders throughout the entire weekend.

I lost my clip-on sunglasses (I wear prescription glasses, so sunglasses have to either be prescription or clip to the frame of my regular glasses).

I actually didn't lose anything this year. I've gone 5 years now and every time I've managed to lose something. Last year I lost my only car key ($300 replacement) and my wallet/id so I was pretty anal this year about checking to make sure I had everything.

I didn't lose anything. My son's friend lost his wallet with a dollar bill autographed and drawn on by the Black Angels. My son said no one showed up for the signing, so they just hung out with them till someone did show. When the Black Angels played the following Tuesday my son ran into Christian Bland and told him about the missing dollar. Bland told him to find him after the show and he'd take care of it with a new one and he did. Lost wallet was found, turned in to lost and found, and mailed back to friend with signed dollar. Now he has two. Moral of story is The Black Angels are great guys!

I actually had quite a few this year. Main stage ground at the end of the night with a flashlight is an easy way to get your day started the next day

I hope at least one person did, cuz I know I lost a little something at some point on Saturday (weekend 2) between security and a few minutes later . . . right outta my shorts. Four little somethings, unfortunately :-( Needless to say, I was not thrilled by this development. Thankfully, I have awesome friends who are willing to help out a friend in need.

With the blackberry, I went into the texts, and the last 4 contacts had been texting from the venue, I texted one of them that I had the phone, and we met up for an exchange...pretty funny shit though, the other texts were about pills and who's got what and how fucked up so and so is...good times...but hey; they got the phone back..

oh and a bunch of shitty kaskade wrist bands...
