A very random collection, and almost positive not ONE of these will be on the lineup... I can wish though, can't I?
Reunions/Older Acts (5-6 per day)
A Major League Old Timer Headliner instead of a Rap Headliner next year - Ideally one of Stevie Wonder, David Bowie, Neil Young, Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, U2, Reunited Police, Reunited REM, Reunited Talking Heads, Paul Simon, Ray Davies, Pete Townsend, Peter Gabriel
Then-
Roxy Music or Brian Eno or Brian Eno and David Byrne
The Velvet Underground with Dean & Brita or John Cale or Lou Reed (less eager for Lou alone, Cale's got more left in the tank at this stage)
The Stone Roses
In Living Colour
CAN
The Housemartins
The Avalanches
The English Beat
The Charlatan UK
Dr. John w/ Dan Auerbach
Nick Cave with both the Bad Seeds and Grinderman performing on different days
Tom Waits
Carole King or Joni Mitchell
Annie Lennox or Eurythmics
John Mellencamp
Primal Scream
Monster Magnet
Ian Hunter or Mott The Hoople
Ry Cooder
Scott Walker

Returning Acts
I'm much more interested in first time acts than repeat offenders...would much rather see slots go to first timers in both large and small slots than a sixth or seventh Chemical Brothers appearance or a third or fourth MIA/Hot Chip appearance. But I would more than willingly see these artists again who have delivered some of my favorite sets over the years
Elbow
My Morning Jacket
Franz Ferdinand
Public Enemy
Foals
The Tallest Man On Earth
Portishead
Kraftwerk
The Cure
Tool
Sigur Ros
