They had to do something drastic to give it another go, and they did. The rest of that lineup is complete shit outside of Noisia and look at the people in this thread freaking out over the 1 name. This is happening all over I'm sure. At the same time though, in places like the midwest I imagine Excision has more draw the Prydz does.

I hope they have the cheesiest name up there playing on another stage at the same time as Prydz. More room for me. As many have already said though, I'm very surprised that Identity was the event that convinced Prydz to fly over here. Well maybe not. There's probably other factors we don't know about. I think. Maybe.

Not like this means anything at all, but Aoki brought his "stage" with him to Identity last year right? Yes, I know Aoki's stage basically consists of some giant letters spelling out his last name and lighting up and is no where near the size of EPIC, but are we seriously ruling out EPIC already?

Live Nation is putting this on, and theyre using their own venues for the event. Would you rather have them do it somewhere thats not under their own control? Its business ya know.

No if I remember correctly from last year, only the very first few rows were VIP. Like 95% of the seats after the first rows were available to GA, but once all the seats pretty much filled up they stopped letting people into the seating area to prevent overcrowding. I remember towards the end, I was with my friends close-ish to the front in the seats and realizing that I couldn't leave to go take a piss because they wouldn't let me back into the seating area when I tried to return so I had to hold it.

So i either have to camp out and dehydrate myself or get VIP. hmmm...

Edit: if someone did VIP last year I have questions to ask. There's a $150 VIP package that let's you go on stage, and another $100 that doesn't. I want to know if i can get in the area in the front rows with the $100 one and if there's any difference besides that.

Also I don't see why you're ruling out the EPIC show, they could easily tour with it. Kaskade had a big light setup for identity last year, didn't he?

I am going insane right now. I've wanted to see Prydz for ever, even if there is no EPIC set up. I just hope like hell that the Identity promoters can shoot him up with some major tranquilizers and put him on a cruise ship before he freaks out about traveling across the Atlantic.

Did you just really compare Steve Aoki's set up to Epic? If it was Epic they would be fuckin dumb not to advertise it as such.

* the closest place is incredibly inconvenient to get to without a car

If he is bringing a stage setup I think it'd be more convenient for him to bring the light up cube thing he had at Creamfields last year. Not really sure what that setup is called, but it's a helluva lot smaller than Epic.

Uh he has toured America before, back in 2007. I remember seeing him at the Lizard Lounge in Dallas with Lee Burridge in November that year, fucking awesome set that was.
