    Default Am I the only one who saw NOISIΛ?

    1pm on a sunday was some wack shit, but they fucking killed it in there. started with drum and bass (even threw down diplodocus, teased some of their messiah remix) and then used machine gun to go into some dubstep. ended the set with more drum and bass. really just a slammin' 50 minutes of beats. they even played some skrillex and i didn't care.

    thjis did most of the hyping/MCing (and not very much at that, which was a plus) and martjin seemed to concentrate entirely on DJing. if GV is re-arranging set times for weekend 2, do those people a favor and put these guys later in the day when they can actually be seen.

    I heard this was off the chain. I am super upset I didnt make it for this set, especially since it was one of my most look forward to acts

    GV thought it was more important to put someone that would play Levels at a good slot though.

    Damn Noisia, you will be back, I know it. And when you return lets hope you get a proper slot

    I went in expecting a ton of dubstep because of everything I've been hearing about their recent sets, and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of drum 'n bass they played. Even some of the more annoying dubstep they would play only happened in short spurts. I was expecting to maybe not stay for very long, but I was there for all 50 minutes. Pretty enjoyable.

    Caught the last 20 minutes of the set, I was very impressed by what was played! One of the only few times I ventured into the sahara tent this year.

    I agree.. Noisia was incredible... Half to say seeing them at 1pm was really cool, didn't have to wait ALL day to see them, plus their set didn't clash wit snoop's... So there is a positive to them playing early..

    My campsite and I just couldn't get it together to see them on time. Would've made Sunday even better.
