how do you take off plastic thing off wristband?

I used pliers and squeezed it until the plastic clip broke.

I used kitchen scissors, got one blade inside the plastic and squeezed until it cracked (blades pointing AWAY from the hand, not toward it!).

I folded a post it note up into a half circle around the cloth and pushed it up into the plastic releasing the plastic barbs. Cloth came out in seconds.

what i did was twist the sides where u tighten the wristband until it was skinny enough to go through the spikes.

put that shit on my corkboard doe.
