I already enjoyed Coachella 2012 weekend 1! and I have been in years passed.

I want to book the same villa I had this year for next year already but for weekend two..

Would I be pretty safe to bet that weekend 2 next year will be on the 19-20-21?

Only a cancellation fee if she doesn't find a renter for the same days that I am looking for. I booked my villa for this year in July 2011 and that was after dozens and dozens of replies from villas already booked for coachella.. its crazy!

staying 5 mins away in a house is so nice though. As fun as camping would be.. I am more relaxed and ready to go everyday when I get to stay in a big comfy bed and get a hot shower.

Im buying passes for both weekends next year. I figure if one weekend almost killed me, there's a good chance I could survive two.

Buying both weekends next year, I don't know about camping both years though. Finding some friends or strangers who want to split the price on a villa or hotel room would be nice for weekend 2 if the temperatures are similar at all, couldn't imagine camping in 105-110 degree weather and surviving
