How strict was security at shuttle stops? Can you drink inside the shuttle bus? Where people smoking there goods out freely? Any undercover security making sure no pot around? Where is the best place to hide your J's???

Everyone was drinking on the shuttle bus - not a problem. You can even take your drink to the line up and drink while you are lining up for the first security check (which on one day was 45 min wait).

What I would like to know is what happens if you get caught sneaking in alcohol? do they just throw it out? or have there been cases where they don't let you in??

I drank on the shuttle. Just put it in a water bottle or in my case diet coke with rum worked just fine. The guys at the tennis gardens were great. Didn't see/smell anyone smoking plus not enough time. If you're taking the shuttle and sneaking stuff in be really creative. Last weekend they checked everything so be prepared. I blatantly smoked in the open almost everytime. I took a few hours before the festival though to unroll some cigarettes and stuff them with weed, so it was much less suspicious.

you can sneak a pipe and weed in your bra.. they check you and pat you down but do not full on search you! but just play it chill and have a blast!

Pretty much this...without the titty shake. First time I've ever had someone do that to me at Coachella. Expect underboob checks ladies and be creative.
