Of course I know that this post/thread facetious. I live in Los Angeles and I will admit that we probably have more than our fair share of vacuous a**holes here. However, I attended and camped at the first weekend of 2012, and next to my friend and I were the most annoying adult, self-involved, unfriendly, techo-blasting D-BAGS with no musical taste whatsoever. They had five people crashing in one car campsite and expected my friend and I to yield some of our spot to them. These wondershites were from CHICAGO!

With my kids(adults now).Go for the music and enjoy meeting new people from all over the world. first Coachella was mostly people from SoCal. it is so popular now i agree that lots of people come for the scene and to be seen- they just should stay towards the back!

Only if by "People from Los Angeles" means people from the westside (santa monica, west LA, etc., venice gets a pass, i guess). You realize LA has tons of transplants, right? I'm born and raised here and typically the people who fit your description are transplants who live on the westside or hollywood. I'm assuming you mean Los Angelenos, btw.
