Entrance Lines - How long was the wait?

I haven't been since 2007 and was wondering how the lines were to get in? Did they move pretty fast once the gates are open? How early do people start lining up to get in? Any secret entrances or which entrance is better?

How are you arriving to the fest? Are you camping, shuttling, day parking?

Day parking seemed to be the shortest as in no wait at all but I arrive early every day, as in there by 11am.

The entrance from day parking lots 14 and 15 was not crowded. However, the line to get into the parking after say 2 was insane.

The lines into the venue from the campground were variable; anything from 5min to 45min.

Yeah I'm driving up from Palm Springs each day so yeah I'm in the Day Parking lots. So it looks like the earlier the better - getting there closer to 1pm on Friday so I guess there will be a line. Thanks!

GA lines could take as long as an hour during prime time. If you are a VIP wristband holder you are definitely going to want to avoid the GA lines and head straight for the VIP line where there is virtually no wait at all

I was there when gates opened all three days and there was no line at all.

The southern most entrance never had a wait any time I went. The north/west entrance was constantly packed after about 2pm.
