    so it’s 1:30 the day is over, you're tired, your feet hurt, you're buzzed on whatever you've been ingesting all day and you have to drive back to where ever you are staying for the night.

    what kind of condition are you to be driving? IF you got pulled over would the officer shine his light in your dilated eyes and ask for you to step out of the vehicle?
