To each their own I guess but come on, not seeing any other bands on other stages for a complete day not to mention not eating or drinking until it's over is bizarre. Get real. I'm done being a Neggy Nancy on this and will try and stay on topic. I'd have to say the worst band I saw was Mazzy Star, so incredibly boring. I'm not really getting all the EMA hate on some of the posts either. I guess if you just wandered into her set not familiar with the music it could put you off. However if you spent some time with the record and the eclectic nature of it all the live performance was pretty great. I thought "Marked" was fantastic.

Girl Talk SOUNDED LIKE SHIT. I am not a big Girl Talk fan as it was, I had some respect for him. But whatever respect I had for the guy went out the door. Terrible. Beyond terrible.

Wasn't as horrible as Yuck, but I agree on Girl Talk. It was like a bad high school dance.

EMA was just awful on 4/20.

Too bad, I caught last two songs of her set the week before and thought she was excellent...but she does have a reputation for being very up and down with her performances.

And fIREHOSE was not terrible, random poster above me, they were rad as hell. Who the fuck are you people?
Agree on both these points...enjoyed fIREHOSE,winners of most grizzled reunion act 2012, and was very intrigue by the 10 minutes or so I caught of Ginn...what he was throwing down had a touch of the Metal Machine Music going...so not surprised few liked it, but for those with a more experimental bent, it was cool.

For my money, after a week's reflection...

    Straight up weakest acts -

Yuck - love the album, don't need to see them live ever again
    Real Estate - Ditto
Other Lives - slow, slow, slow
Givers - A lot of people liked their pep, I felt they had no focus.
and worst of worst - Wallpaper

Not in any way bad, but less than I had hoped for...
Destroyer - Bejar a very disengaged presence, but band sounded good.
Wild Flag - performance chops couldn't over come debut album's very weak lesser songs.
Radiohead - Fitful set, they've never been good sequencers...lots of great moments, but zero flow.
Florence & The Machine - see Wild Flag with regard to new album
Pulp - Many loved them, I thought it was a rather sluggish set, though the highlights were excellent.
