House Weekend 2 room for 4-6 ppl

Still looking for place to crash @ Coachella weekend 2? Don't want to worry if it may rain if you're camping?

We have an awesome newly built house about 1 mile from field in Coachella. There is a pool, spa, bbq, dj area, fire pit. Lots of room to share with group of late 20s/30s fun people.

Just had a last minute cancellation. Looking for respectful people who are still there to have a good time. No hard drugs, but the usual festival fare.

Price for Thurs afternoon-Mon morning (4 nights) depends on group size btwn $200-300/person for the entire weekend.
