Cholula on cortez halibut tacos at Fish House Vera Cruz in Carlsbad CA. No better food ever.
Excellent choice, Tom. Best place to use that is at Guedo's Taco Shop in Chandler. Their fish tacos are money.
cholula is weak.

Im really enjoy Bufalo Chipotle Hot Sauce, 5.8 oz
yep, some people can take it hotter then others but you get to the 800k range and all that, the only thing you can do, is take a little bit, put it in say a ketchup bottle with water, and then you have something you can actually use ... i saw a fear factor once and this big dude, he was trashing all of the courses and all of that ... they did the food part, he popped in two habaneros sp and it almost took him to the ground ... it was funny ... cr***
in college one of my roommates was a chef that knew this local pepper expert that gave him a couple 500k orange habaneros. He chopped up a small piece of one into a salsa that he offered to us without telling us (it wasn't malicious, he just didn't think he put enough in to be harmful). The first scoop I had I didn't taste anything spicy, but on the second I guess I got a small piece of that pepper on the side of my toungue. it was fucking painful. Another one of my friends ate a piece and broke into a sweat. He lightly wiped the sweat off the edge of his brow with the back of his finger, but I guess some small trace of the habanaro was on it. He said it felt like a blowtorch in the eye and had to run his head under cold water for a while to dull the pain.
tee-hee, here in Colorado we have a huge annual chille hatch. I usually buy a bunch and we have a big roasting party. Sometimes I will eat them raw. The worst part is I always forget to wash my hands before using the bathroom. The burning sensation on your cash and prizes will take your breath away.
in high school i worked as a prep cook at some fake mexican place and i had to make the salsa. we had habanero salsa and i had to cut the fresh habaneros and blend them blah blah blah. one time after making it i rubbed my eye and still had some habanero on it. so i pretty much rubbed that shit in all in my eye. yea, it didnt open for a while. no fun.
Close to the rubbing-the-pepper-in-the-eye thing... In junior high school, I once jerked-off without completely getting all the pepper residue off my hands... Needless to say, I didn't "climax," nor did I sleep at all that night. WORST. FEELING. EVER.
Buy the ticket, take the ride.
Cholula isn't that hot. It's got a mild kick, but really not all that hot. I just love her for her flavor. She's got some nice, long legs on that flavor.
If I want to ramp up on heat I go with something like this: (not very often though)
