Their highest billed act cancels with 3 weeks so Billie can dry out some more before they hit arenas in late November.

What acts have the dates open and can pull together the show in 19 days. It's several days before Vedder starts a solo tour in Vegas and New Orleans may pull some heart strings. I'm sure there a couple DJs that could get their arena act in there - though maybe that expects a rock act.

Foo Fighters played last year and may not be able to pull a crew/production on short notice.

Right now there is a 2 hour evening main stage gap including a 1 hour block when Green Day was the be the only stage running.

Keys/Muse/Killers are booked.

Jay-z has been a replacement headliner at 2 festivals in the past and couldn't probably pull a show together.

In 1999 Green Day was supposed to open for the Stones at the Pond in Anaheim but were replaced by Bryan Adams. It worked out pretty well. Maybe Bryan Adams can also headline Voodoo?
