able to use car camping weekend 2 for weekend 1

we got 2 tickets for weekend 2 including a car camping spot, we traded weekends to weekend 1 but unfortunately we couldnt get a car camping pass so we are stuck with the wrong weekend car camping pass.. i have read that you can call golden voice and see about buying another car camping pass but have not been able to get through after several days and MANY hours of trying to call... would we be able to use weekend 2 car camping for weekend 1... you think they might be lenient enough because we are not going weekend 2? can we ask them nicely? can i use the weekend 2 pass if i tipped em some money.... ahhhhhh not sure what to do =(
