You can vote for set times in the campgrounds this year. Polls close Thursday at midnight and set times are realeased at 10am. Check the website for voting locations.

for some definition of 'ready'.

the set times have to have been ready before now; to get the booklets printed by thursday they need to be in the printer's hands.

but 'ready' as in 'set in paper and known to all' isn't the same as 'ready to be disseminated to the wild world', for some reason.

Or Wednesday. Weren't they Wednesday last year? Nonetheless, yes they will release the "schedule" before it starts, to answer the OP.

The map was released Tuesday afternoon last year and set times were later in the evening. That doesn't mean anything though as they will release the set times and map whenever they are finished with them. They announced festival dates earlier, did pre-sale earlier and released the lineup 1-2 weeks before they have in the past, so the set times could come out today... tomorrow... Wednesday... but probably no later than that.
