I logged in to my account today to register my wristband and it shows that one was already registered and it is not mine. The name on my account was also changed. Nothing else was changed other than that. I immediately changed my password and called front gate tickets. They said that there is nothing they can do and told me that I should email info@coachella.com about it. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm trying to figure out how to have this random wristband removed from my account. Thanks in advance.
