All I have to say about them is WOW!!!!! I went to see The Presets and The Prairie Cartel at The Metro in Chicago and they spun at an after party at the club underneath the venue. They tore the place apart. Highly recommend seeing their set. Hopefully they will be later in the night.

Also, The Prairie Cartel are going to explode this year and The Presets blew my mind. Check 'em out if you haven't already

Digitalism, Justice, MSTRKRFT, Evil 9, and SoulWax are going to be my dancing sets.. who cares if they are an early set..I've seen Adam Freeland, Deiselboy, Diplo and many other DJ's keep the crowd moving just as much during the day time, as the other night DJ's the question is, 'Will you have the energy to keep up with all the dance acts for this three day weekend?' I would really like to also see Paul Van Dyk (never seen em) on Sunday but I know im going to be so damned tired, specially after SoulWax. peaca

The Strokes' Julian Casablancas has co-written a song with Digitalism for the dance duo's new album.

The song is called 'Forrest Gump' and features on the German pair's new album 'I Love You Dude', out on June 20.

Casablancas and the band collaborated on the song over email, although the frontman does not sing on it. Digitalism's Jens Moelle said the track was about "constantly keeping on moving otherwise you’ll be in some sort of psychic peril."

'I Love You Dude' will be the follow-up to Digitalism's 2007 album 'Idealism'.

The band are set to play London's XOYO venue on June 13.

I think the art is rather symbolic in a way with the Octagon, which sometimes symbolically can mean the rebirth, regenerating or transitioning too...It paves way for a new Digitalism with much shown love to the fans.

If the transition is to shitty music that would be a shocker. The Blitz EP w/ Stratosphere and Blitz were groovy.

FINALLY. I was upset about only 2 songs being on the EP, but this is amazing news. Who cares about the album title? They aren't known for their lyrics anyway. The translation in German probably means something completely different
