    I was told by a member of the band that they, "...will never play Coachella again. It's not our vibe....but we're not going to badmouth the promoters. Golden Voice was great, but Coachella is just not our vibe, man."

    That's because they suck live. Seen them twice, bored out of my skull both times, and I used to like their albums.

    ^ speaks the truth. Took a bunch of friends, who had not really heard Decemberists, to their show as they "trusted" my musical taste. I'm still living this monumental fuckup down...
