Who's in? We are going to throw BLUE glow bracelets in the air during Idioteque at about 1:09 in the youtube below -- this is right at the beginning of the second verse beginning with "Ice Age coming..."

If you don't have blue, just throw whatever you've got. I will also be throwing RED or ORANGE glow bracelets, when Thom sings "throw it on the fire" and GREEN glow bracelets when he sings "take the money and run, take the money, take the money."


But if you can't remember the colors because you're too fucked up, just throw whatever glow bracelets you have starting from the second verse ("ICE AGE COMIN'") until the end of the song.




*** If they do not play Idioteque by the time they start their first encore, we can do it for Everything in its Right Place (whenever) or Paranoid Android (during "rain down"). They have got to play one of those 3 songs.

If you are participating in this, please bring about 100 glow bracelets. Michael's sells them in assorted color tubes of 15 for $1, so this will cost you under $10. Try to separate them by color before you come into the festival, and put them back in the color-coordinated tubes. OR YOU CAN ORDER THEM AHEAD OF TIME IN SEPARATE COLORS: BLUE, RED, GREEN. The ones at Michael's actually don't have red, so use orange instead. Pass some glow around and get your neighbors to join in, have fun!

Anyway, this may be about the best idea zzz has ever had. I doubt I will participate, because I can't be arsed to go to Michael's and buy glowsticks and then sort them by color, but still, I support this conceptually.

A noruption will be the most lackluster of them all but I agree, I don't see any act matching the enthusiasm of last year's Chemical Brothers. Radiohead I just want to focus rather then rave. I'll still throw some glowsticks into the mix for support.

Thanks, Ed. I updated the first post. If people order NOW they can use your suggestion. Otherwise, Michael's is a good, cheap, last-minute place to go. Wal-mart and Party City (and other party stores) are also good places to go, but the glow bracelets will be more expensive.

Please remember it's glow BRACELETS, not glow sticks. We don't want anyone to get hurt.
