ADA Parking exit?

On the festival map from previous years and the map from this years iphone app, it shows an arrow pointing out towards the ADA parking lot. I was curious if anyone knows if that is an exit for everyone or just people who parked in the ADA lot? I'm wondering because that would cut off a good portion of the walk back to the condo I'm staying in.

I parked in handicap last year and only remember cars with the placard being able to leave thru the exit. I don't think they allow pedestrians on that side.
