    Default The Big Chill Festival

Since you people seem like festival stalwarts, I thought I would ask. Are any of you familiar with The Big Chill Festival at Eastnor Castle in the UK? They just announced a very small portion of their lineup, and it is looking good again. Every year, they have one of the greatest collection of downtempo and indie artists around (Last year's lineup). One of these years, I would really like to go, as there is nothing even remotely close to it here in the States. Have any of you gone? What is it like? Is it worth it?

Here is the first lineup announcement:

    Yup.

That initial lineup looks pretty good. I'd love to see K&D and Hexstatic. I noticed that this venue is also hosting The Egg-citing Easter Chicken Hunt. Anyone been to this place?

    Shlomo and the Vocal Orchestra
Can we get this for Coachella please?

Also Kevin Rowland coming on with Crowded House for "Come On Eileen" could be fun!

Honestly, I don't know all of them, but the ones I do know are amazing. They are worth looking into, for sure.

What about last year's lineup? Recognize names in there? That was an insane one, if you ask me.

I know a bunch of those acts.

Cymande is a 70's funk band.

K&D need to be added to Coachella. They have not been there forever. Tosca was there last year.

No kidding. They would be the perfect addition to the festival and would bolster the electronic lineup exponentially.
