Anyone else experiencing delivery issues? UPS is supposed to be known for their logisitics but this is ridiculous. Austin to Mesquite to Horsham, PA!!! WTF. Also received notification they were delivered to my work and Wilkins signed at front desk however there is no Wilkins and our front desk is currently unoccupied. Package wasn't delivered to my location and address is correct. Wonder if I have any recourse with Frontgate as they say they could cancel wristband and have me pickup at will call. Waht a nightmare this has been!
