I redid the maths and am hereby changing my prediction to Tuesday at 5:45AM.


Assuming that the festival begins at noon on each date:
2007: 88.25 hours between set time announcement and festival time
2008: 75.5 hours between set time announcement and festival time
2009: 72 hours between set time announcement and festival time
2010: 86.5 hours between set time announcement and festival time
2011: 61.25 hours between set time announcement and festival time

Average is 76.7 hours between set time announcement and festival time. Counting backwards, that's around 5:45am on Tuesday. (I think. I was never very good at the maths).

Just search "Coachella Twitter", it is their last tweet. The link still works for me. They just responded to one person who said "Set Times! Please!" and they just responded "Soon". That was an hour ago tho.

The set times were virtually identical. On Sunday Week 2 they bumped the Sahara set times down by about 30 minutes, because Avicii apparently complained that he didn't want any of his set to conflict with Dre/Snoop. That was the only change.
