This is a stupid poll. Set times are ALWAYS released on Monday or Tuesday the week of the festival (April 9-10 this year).

I was thinking about this, too.

Will a particular artist get a "promotion" from a tent to Outdoor or a better time slot based on weekend 1 buzz and/or pop?

Set times for weekend 1 and weekend 2 will be exactly the same. They are not going to print out two different sets of booklets.

Wellll they DID print out different wristbands for the 2 weekends, and the ticket packages were somewhat different too (stickers are different for sure, not sure what else...)

but no set times will be the same as they are largely determined by what kind of stage setups / lighting rigs respective acts will be bringing.

Not the map for the grounds with all the art. That was released a couple days before set times last year, but I think 2010 it wasn't released until the actual festival.
