Wristband problem

I accidently slipped the plastic down wristband and it's tightened so small that I can't my get hand through. The band works only one-way and won't loosen up, how do I go about fixing this? Does anyone know if I need to go to the off site box office/will call and if so will I be charged $25?

i think you're gonna have to figure out a way to get your wrist through it. it clearly says to not tamper with it... doing so will void it.

There was a thread where people said they got it fixed for free when they got there. But otherwise, $25 sounds about right.

i fucked up my wristband last year and i had to go to a location that wasn't even at coachella to pay 25 bucks for a new one. seems like thats what you gotta do.

Don't stress, I screwed mine up last year and they fixed it at customer service while we queued for car camping...no charge.

Mine broke got it fixed near the front gates for no charge. Guys with blades and superglue total ghetto fix.

im wondering if they are gonna have that little "wristband fixing shack" again this year, i also had to get mine fixed last year. last years locking system on the wristbands was different, im wondering if theyll even be able to fix em this year..

My dumbass friend put on my wristband on his left hand, so I had to cut if off. He wouldn't even go to Coachella this year.

Iis this wristband still valid? Can I still pay for a replacement on site for 25 bucks?
