    Exclamation Frontgate "My Order History" Question

    Has anybody else who has not yet received their wristbands checked the "My Order History" on the frontgate page? http://coachella-weekend2.frontgatet...com/signin.php

    My Order History page says "6 tickets not yet sent" but when I go to view the receipt, the receipt is emtpy with an order dollar total of $0.00. I'm thinking this may be an issue, but I don't want to wait on the phone with Frontgate for an hour and a half for them to tell me not to worry about it.

    Anybody else getting the same issue?

    I think the zero means you owe nothing more? Did you do lawaway? Mine says same thing

    i did not do layaway, but if yours says the same thing, that makes me feel a tad more sane. did you receive your tickets already?

    My order also says $0 in the total. However, it says I have 4 tickets sent (my 2 wristbands, car camping, and companion parking) and my tickets are scheduled to arrive tomorrow (they're finally in CA, so that's good).

    I checked my order a couple months ago, I didn't have a receipt either, I freaked a little too but I got my ticket a couple days ago, doesn't hurt to call but I think you're good

    My order history was non-existent on the Frontgate page but I had a receipt and my CC was charged, so I knew it went through. I think their site is just severely screwed up. Just call to get the tracking number for your order. Or if you don't want to wait on the phone, shoot them an email. I sent them one and they got back to me the next day.

    Though mine were already sent, my receipt says the same thing -- $0 and is empty. Sounds like it just means you're paid off.

    Did you ever get a shipping email? It'll have your tracking number in it. They're still going out though so I wouldn't worry just yet... or just email/call like ^^^^^ said and get an update.

    Everyone's seems to say $0. Mine said it when I had several payments left.

    I'm not sure how that makes it a "receipt". But whatever.

    I had a somewhat similar case just noticed today my web receipt has most fields left blank and total $0, as I was also checking with frontgate about my international shipping (still none for W2) and I was told by the rep that the W2 is still being processed, that it will be shipped to me via UPS (to Sonora, Mexico) and that my order was fine (inquiring about the weird receipt in the webpage).
